Our project
LGCD brings together, on a single platform, everything a concierge service or a real estate agency needs to manage its Airbnb, Booking and direct rentals: multi-channel calendar, cleaning and maintenance, police form, tourist tax, rental contract, guest app, booking mini-site and online payment.
Built in Morocco, for the Moroccan market: trilingual (French, Arabic, English), compliant with local obligations (DGSN, tourist tax), and adapted to the reality on the ground.
An operating system, not just a tool
Most software solves one problem. LGCD runs the whole operation. It is the layer that orchestrates your properties, your teams, your guests and your booking channels — and automates as much as possible so you can focus on hospitality, not paperwork.

Why it is free — and how it holds up
We are often asked: "How do you pay for your servers?" Many imagine an infrastructure that costs a fortune. The reality is quite different: a modern, optimized architecture lets us run the entire platform for a fraction of what people assume.
That is precisely what makes free sustainable. LGCD is free for agencies, with no time limit and no credit card — neither a trial nor a promotion, but a deliberate model. Our revenue comes from complementary activities tied to Morocco's tourism and concierge ecosystem, entirely independent from your data and your business. You are not the product.
Dedicated support, maximum automation
Free does not mean left on your own. Concierge services get dedicated human support to guide them, train them and unblock whatever needs unblocking. And because we automate as much as possible — filings, contracts, syncing, messages — you have fewer reasons to need help, and more time for your guests.
Our long-term vision
We are building the reference infrastructure for short-term rentals in Morocco — city by city, from Marrakech to Essaouira and beyond. The goal is not to sell yet another piece of software, but to become the foundation that concierge services and agencies rely on to grow.
We keep part of our strategy to ourselves, and that is normal. But our direction is clear and will not change: your success and ours move in the same direction.
