No. The platform is 100% web, optimised for mobile. You access it from any browser — the smartphone experience is as polished as the desktop one.
Yes, on request for agencies with 10+ properties. For smaller concierges and individuals, the 14-day free trial is more than enough to form an opinion.
Airbnb / Booking sync
You copy the iCal link provided by Airbnb (or Booking) into the property record. The platform imports bookings automatically every hour. You can also force a manual sync in one click.
Every property has an outbound iCal link (generated automatically). You paste it into Airbnb / Booking / Abritel — every booking taken on one automatically blocks availability on the others.
Anti double-booking is enabled by default. If a platform tries to create a stay that overlaps another, the booking is put on hold with an alert on your dashboard for manual arbitration.
WhatsApp and notifications
Messages go out from your connected WhatsApp Business number — free for you as long as you stay within Meta limits. No platform-side overhead.
Yes. Default global templates, overridable at the property level. Available variables: guest first name, dates, Wi-Fi code, address, Maps link, door code, etc.
Automatic fallback to email. For SMS (critical sends like door code), one send is billed at cost.
Teams and security
Yes. Strict multi-tenant architecture: each agency runs in its walled-off space. Your properties, bookings, owners and teams are only visible to the authorised members of your agency.
Depending on plan: 2 on Basic, 8 on Pro, unlimited on Business. No per-seat overage within the plan limits.
Five roles: Owner, Manager, Reception, Cleaning, Maintenance. Each has precise permissions — cleaning does not see revenue, maintenance does not see bookings.
Their access is revoked immediately. Their intervention history stays available. No data is lost.
Billing and commitment
No. You create your agency with just your email and you have 14 days to test. If you do not enter a payment method at the end, your account simply switches to read-only (no surprise debit).
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CMI), SEPA transfer and local Morocco transfer. Direct debit arrives early 2026.
From your agency area, in two clicks. No email to send, no penalty. Your data stays available in read mode for 90 days for export.
Of course. CSV export of your properties, bookings and customers at any time. iCal export of your calendars for re-import elsewhere. No lock-in.
